Beef Puff Pastry Recipe

How To Transform Your Puff Pastry Shells Into A Tasty Dinner :

Puff pastry Shells can be used for dessert but also many dinner dishes. One of my absolute favorite is my sloppy joe in a puff pastry.

Lets Get started …

Ingredients Needed For Your Puff Pastry Dinner:

  • Ground Beef of choice ( I get mine from Whole foods or Gelsons Market/ Make sure it has some fat 😉 )
  • 1/4cup canned peas ( Drain and rinse with water)
  • 1/4 canned corn ( Drain and rinse with water)
  • 1/4 canned cube size carrots  ( Drain and rinse with water)
  • Mushrooms of choice
  • Spaghetti sauce seasoning packet
  • Organic Spaghetti sauce of choice ( My Favorite is the Traditional Prego )
  • Chopped onion’s
  • Puff Pastry Cups

Steps In Making The Ground Beef Mix :

  1. Spray oil on the pan and use 1/4 cup onion’s and cook for a few minutes
  2. Begin cooking your ground beef with the onion’s on medium heat, once fully cooked
  3. Toss in the veggies
  4. Pour the Prego sauce
  5. Sprinkle the spaghetti  seasoning mix
  6. Mix all ingredients together
  7. Add some lemon juice
  8. Let the mixture cook on low simmer for about 30 minutes
  9. While your waiting begin baking your Puff Pastry Shells
